Whatever it is called, a Job Fair is a generally an event with recruiters that interview prospective candidates,  jobseekers.

The Job Fair may have one recruiting company up to several hundred. It is important that you, the jobseeker, research the company prior to meeting a company. In the case of multiple recruiters at an event, prior, you should check the company putting on the Job Fair's website, to see if any changes have been made or call the venue.
